Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
